1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the abv77 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or contacting customer support — you ("the User", "the Player", "you") confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and abv77 ("the Operator", "we", "us", "our"). 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

abv77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, during bonus claims, and prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable forms of identity verification include government-issued national ID cards, passports, and driving licences. Accounts will be suspended pending verification where required, and will be closed if satisfactory documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe.

Where abv77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals frozen, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment method used, less any amounts already wagered. abv77 cooperates fully with law enforcement where underage gambling is suspected.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To place bets or play casino games on abv77, you must first register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one abv77 account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts, whether under the same name or under different names or mobile numbers, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, abv77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed through them, and withhold any balances or bonuses credited to those accounts pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your abv77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. abv77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify abv77 support immediately at [email protected] or via the live chat facility in your account dashboard. abv77 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the affected account pending resolution.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

abv77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and fraud prevention best practices. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents before your first withdrawal, when claiming certain bonuses, or at any other time determined by abv77's compliance team. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions on abv77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). There are no currency conversion fees applied by abv77. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside abv77's control and are your responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by abv77 during standard operational hours. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to 60 minutes depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your verified name. abv77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

abv77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above a threshold determined at our compliance team's discretion. This is a standard anti-money-laundering precaution and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the account holder.

4.3 Deposit Limitations & Responsible Gambling

Players are encouraged to set voluntary deposit limits on their accounts via the responsible gaming section of their account dashboard. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set at any time. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before withdrawal of winnings derived from that bonus is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus, which is stated on the individual promotion page. Bonus funds that expire unmet are removed from the account without compensation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

abv77 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, placing low-risk or opposing bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, using automated betting software or scripts, and colluding with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, abv77 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the abused bonus, and close the account. Funds already withdrawn as a result of bonus abuse may be subject to recovery action.

5.4 Promotional Changes

abv77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts where the player has already satisfied the qualifying deposit requirement for that specific promotion prior to the change taking effect.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abv77 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and bonuses, and/or permanent account closure:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to do so.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploiting a known or suspected bug must be reported to support and may be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting on sports events.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the abv77 platform software.
• Charging back or disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider without first raising the matter with abv77 support. Unwarranted chargebacks constitute fraud and will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.
• Using abv77 in any manner that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your abv77 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, abv77 will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balance (subject to applicable KYC checks) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support agent so that a self-exclusion flag can be applied in addition to the account closure.

8.2 Closure by abv77

abv77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, provision of false registration information, or regulatory requirements.

Where an account is closed by abv77 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the breach involved fraudulent activity, abv77 reserves the right to retain the entire balance and pursue recovery of any funds already withdrawn.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the abv77 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for periods of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
